1) Is it possible to duel someone in a random spot? If yes, how?

2) Where is the PvP arena?

If you open your map, you can see the npc and their location. Roumen he is by the guild guy, off in the corner. Elderine is in the garden by the castle, uruga in the fenced off area on the side of town.
