Your stat build for fighters

i am a full END lvl 20 fighter in i can take on alot of mobs.

Pure END is better for party playing anyway. Being a tank is for tanking the damage for ur party, not for solo'ing most of the time. You really just have to balance how u play the game, solo or parties, and what type of mobs, and equips, etc. The natural stat increase each level limits ur possibilities slightly though, even if u are pumping all SPR, str and end is getting increased a bunch every level as well.

Might put up spr anyway later, Those spells hurt.....

I've gone 5 dex, 10 end and the rest str don't have problems tanking if a cleric is around and even without a cleric i can tank fairly well. The only exception is the prison where i definitely need a cleric healing me if tanking more than 1 mob.

i just made a fighter and the build for now is ok its 2:2:1 Str: Dex: End

when you use skills, do the skills crit also? or only normal hits?
