There is a higher class obtainable at level 60, though I don't know what it is. Someone else here should be able to fill you in the details, probably AndyB.

I think it's called "Warrior".

ye, you can buy a skill scroll at item merchant in elderine (the fame one) that says class: warrior or higher

its Fighter -> CleverFighter -> Warrior -> Gladiator -> Knight
