Yeah, once you've bought it, it stays.... (if they disappear than Outspark is ripping us off!!)

Also, item only starts their count down clock when you start using it...

Like for me, i moved the val pack to my inventory... worn my suit for a month but not the hat.. then after the suit expired... i started wearing my hat and got a whole month out of it...

like ive never got anying thing from CS lol not till my b-day on april 25 lol
long time to wait i hate it lol but yea u can keep them aslong as u want
