Pricing Greens

how to price a green is a topic i would like to understand better. The basic rule is the higher the numbers and the more types of stats the better. But what stats are most desired by which class?

I know that int is of no value to a cleric and is prized by a mage but is int of any value to a fighter or an archer?

Clerics want end and str, they get lots of spr in their base stats.

Mages want int and, im told, not str because it draws aggro.

Fighters want strength i know. In the end, everybody wants the most they can get.

I would like to see more discussion about pricing greens.

INT is of no use to anyone except mages.

Look at the level of the weapon, and look at the stat which is the highest on the green. With the exception of boss greens, all greens have stats less than or equal to the level of the weapon.

For example, a level 40 hammer will have max of 20 of any stat.

Mages don't want STR because it's of no use to them. It improves the damage they do by physically hitting a monster with their staff/wand, which is of no use whatsoever. And they want INT because that's their damage. Magical damage.

Most other classes want END, STR because they improve defence and damage respectively.

So, price your greens based on the closeness of a useful stat to it's maximum possible value, and of course, based on the critical rate.
