Beat Mara KQ with 4 People

This was the most fun I had in a King quest ever

It was actually only 3 persons since one of our party members was AFK. I was a L23 cleric along with a L19 archer and a L22 fighter. We ran it all the way to the first mara and marlone. There me and the fighter tanked them easily and went onto the ship. We got into some trouble when the archer lured 2 Maras, fighter aggroed them to save the archer and he ended up dying. The archer first had to lure away both maras so I wouldn't get attacked while revving the fighter. After I got the fighter up, archer then revived and lured the real mara and we killed her after a fairly long fight (we kept getting stunned)...After this, the marlone was a breeze and TADA!! we beat it with about 8min to spare.

gratz! I think that Mara is one of the harder KQ's to begin with. Well either way, it sound's like a well deserved victory

ive done a 3 person mara on my fighter wen she was lvl 21 and
my fighter tanked it like it was nothing at all other 2 were cleric lvl 20
and a lvl 19 mage its was fun everyone else died cuz they were noobs =D
wen my fighter was lvl 21 its had a +8 axe so
mara went down kinda fast ~.^

The reason it took rather long for us was because our fighter was all END, it would've taken longer if I wasn't also tanking

A KQ will not fail if it doesn't have idiots! isnt it..? xD

You don't need lotsa people.. just need a few brains.. and someone that doesnt die in 1 hit..

gratz! that reminds me of when my fighter was tanking mara + marlone and everyone else got killed cos some nub mage pulled about 2 maras and 1 marlone...-grumbles- then in the end it was me, a lvl 19 cleric and a lvl 16 mage and WE WON! We beat the real mara, marlone AND the 3 fakies a dead nub lured earlier. >:3 KQ GOT BEAT! WOOT!
