Spanish Banned for Speaking there language
OK me Tropy and Her Friend Auroura Agree that Is Not Right to Banned People In the game For Speaking Spanish , It Should be right to Play as otter Player do, I mean Come on, if they banned people from the USA sever for speaking Spanish then that is not the right to do.I mean there is No Spanish Sever in the game so it should be Right to let the Spanish Player to Play.Its like takeing freedom away

They don't ban you for speaking Spanish... o.O Unless the person banned abused it and cursed someone out in spanish and harassed someone.

Well, a lot of foreign games ban people for speaking any other language than what the game was made for. It's the same with Fiesta I suppose. Mainly because for all they know you can be discussing about a hack or anything else against the ToS. They have no way of knowing. The other assumption is that if you do not speak English (in this case) then you probably didn't understand the ToS, therefore violating it for not reading/understanding it.

No, what I'm saying is that Outspark (and most other games) will assume that if you do not speak the language of the game then you do not understand the ToS, etc. Not necessarily true but that's what they do mainly because they do not understand what you're saying and they're not going to get a translator to figure it out either.
