Hotmail's help thing asked me to put their emails on safe list... and i wont know if that works until they send another promo email out...

CSR said i'm on their mailing list... so he suggest it's my email provider

why did i just KNOW that, that was going to be the answer...

oh well.. i can only hope that the safe list works =/

On topic: Only answer is you might have accidentally marked your outspark letters as junk so it gets sent to your junk mail, then deleted after a few days.

Nuuu i've been checking my junk everyday.. its not there..

and we couldnt have so many of us directing outspark mail to junk by accident... =/
