Hi am level 18 Archer and I am having trouble getting to level 20 and all I do is fight y is it taking so long to level up plz help

Fight yellow named monsters for the best exp and short resting period. Fight green named monsters for farming stuff and next to no resting period. But fighting with a party will always bring in the most exp and shortest resting. Though it depends on each individual skills and party make-up.

18 to 20... go for the Mara KQ. Even if you die, you don't lose exp.
