Only 3 Kitager, and the last one is level 75. Don't expect much. Level 60 you get only 2 skills DX

I think with a fully empowered CD for Multi-shot, it can be casted every 2.1 sec. I don't know it for a fact but some archer in a KQ was telling me his CD was only 2.1 sec since he empowered it.

yes full empowered cd on multi is 2.1 seconds and empowered cd on mist become 3 seconds.. however multi doesn't upgrade anymore past 60

Most people, when they get Piercing Shot substitute the enpowerment points from Multi and put it on Piercing.
