Just wanted to know....

im at lvl 34 and i wnt to find out if the recently addded pvp kq is

a) kind to newbies<the ppl at the lowest possible entry lvl for the quest>? lyk 35 in the amateur kq..

b) can u pty in the pvp quest (like in abyss)?
