[DC Network] Hardware Restart - 8:00 AM PDT
Dear Community,
We've very sorry that the last few weeks you have had latency issues from time to time.
Our team understands that the rubberbanding makes it difficult or almost impossible to enjoy and play the game as usual.
We have been tracking the network of our services, hardware and even client to server communication the last weeks.
Because this issue is not a consistent one, getting valuable data was very difficult but today again we managed to obtain quite a bit of data.
The data center we're working with is trying to isolate the issue and make all the changes to fix this problem permanently.
We are thankful for your patience and understanding in this manner and hope to fix this issue once and for all in the upcoming days.
Because in the past, hardware restarts have solved the issues for a few days (reset of the entire network routing and connection ports) we will do the same today.

Duration: 15 - 20 minutes

Because we do a full restart, this also gives us the opportunity to fix the remaining issues with the quests.
So i will be pushing the last client patch for today out to all of you after the restart.
Then you should be set for a while. We hope to fix the issue before it occurs again - but our support is limited to forwarding the information to the data center.
