Fiesta Online NA Team


Dear community,



Here you can find the names of the in-game staff and a description of the different tasks of the Fiesta Online team.





Product Manager (PM) | Producer (PROD)

The Product Manager is in charge of the marketing and is in direct contact with the developer, Onson Soft. The Product Manager does not communicate directly with players. Suggestions, problems and comments from the community are forwarded to the Product Manager by the Community Manager. Therefore any in-game issues should be directed to a Game Master, or for problems with the billing system and item shop, please submit a help desk ticket.



The Producer is in charge of the development of Fiesta Online and is in direct contact with the developer, Onson Soft. The Producer does not communicate directly with players. Suggestions, problems and comments from the community are forwarded to the Producer by the Community Manager. Therefore any in-game issues should be directed to a Game Master, or for problems with the billing system and item shop, please submit a support ticket.



Community Manager (CM)

The Community manager is responsible for the concerns of the community. He checks the comments and suggestions, which were sent to him by the LGM, and if necessary, forwards them further. In addition, he is responsible for the forwarding of the bugs reported to the developers and is responsible for the flow of information between gamigo - community - Staff team. The Community Manager is a direct employee of gamigo and acts as a liaison between product management and community.



Lead Game Master (LGM)

The Lead Game Master is the highest authority in-game and is seen as the team leader. LGMs function as the link between the team and the CM. They will pass on proposals, suggestions and criticism to the CM which has been collected through the rest of the team or community. This includes helping with questions they might have or situations they may be struggling with, such as dealing with players in game or on the forum. LGMs are entrusted with keeping an eye on the GMs, SGMs, MODs and SMODs.

Complaints about the staff can be directly reported to the Lead Game Master.



Senior Game Master (SGM)

In addition to the tasks and responsibilities of a Game Master, the Senior Game Master is in charge of events. Complaints about staff can be reported to an SMOD, SGM or the Lead GM.



Game Master (GM)

The Game Master is the direct contact person for problems in the game. Game masters also assist in the running of events and answering questions from players. However, Game Masters do not assist players with quests or levelling, nor do they give items or in-game currency to players. Game Masters do not handle problems with the billing system or the item shop. For problems with the billing system and item shop, please submit a help desk ticket.



Bug Tester (BT)

The Bug Tester is the direct contact person for information about bug reporting, the Bug Tester tests all bug reports that are reported by you in this forum and will occasionally ask you for more information for the investigation. Once they have been able to reproduce the bug and capture all evidence in a report they will forward your report to the appropriate people responsible for resolving it. They test all patches for the live server with bug fixes and will provide updates on when a bug has been fixed. Bug Testers also help the Game Masters out with in game events.



Senior Moderator (SMOD)

In addition to the tasks and responsibilities of a Moderator, the Senior Moderator is in charge of overseeing all of the forum monitoring. Complaints about staff can be reported to an SMOD, SGM or the Lead GM.



Moderator (MOD)



[MOD]Lyra



Moderators are tasked primarily with monitoring the forums; they read through player posts, clean out spam posts and take note of suggestions/feedback to be forwarded on. They focus on interacting with players on the forums in order to ensure ideas and opinions can be discussed conducively and appropriately. Additionally MODs also help the Game Masters with scheduled in-game events.
