As the Title says which of the following builds would be better ?

Pure INT
Pure SPR
1:1 INT SPR
1:1 INT END
25 SPR Rest END.

END in freestats is a waste.

I'd say full INT.

Full Int if you use CS.

If you don't use crit suits I'd say 25 Spr rest Int.

Statistically pure INT, though this argument has been challenged frequently by people who don't actually know what they're talking about.
