Let's see what the team has been up to this week!
"Ahhhh!" Rosebud screamed as she ran into the room with her arms flailing wildly.
"What's wrong?" Rooka asked alarmed.
"Bugs," Rosebud managed between breaths, "They're all over the kitchen."
"Pfft...that's it?!" Aria scoffed looking up bored from her book.
No sooner than the words were out of her mouth, a frantic Kira ran into the room squealing, "Bugs everywhere!"
"You okay buddy?" Adonai watched his mentor curl up into a fetal position. Kira was too traumatized to reply.
With a loud sigh, Naomi got up and dragged Ladius into the kitchen with her, "Let's go, clearly we are the only brave ones here." Aria, sensing that her pride was at stake, got up to join them.
The trio approached the door slowly, as Ladius was about to grab the door knob, it was flung open by a frantic looking Ignazio. Iggy, who began to panic about jeopardizing his trial, spoke up "I promise it wasn't me!"
"Calm down Iggy," Naomi spoke soothingly. "What's going on?"
"Look," Ignazio pushed open the door and the team members were shocked. There was crumbs everywhere. The counters were littered with empty soda cans, chip bags and candy wrappers. There were roaches scurrying everywhere.
From the corner of her eye, Aria noticed an icy blue tuft of hair sticking out from under the table and heard the rustling of a chip bag. Silently the trio approached it only to find Sodapoppin, Bottles and Knox on the floor.
Bottles, being the only one conscious spoke," Hi guys! Want some snacks?!?!"
Naomi looked at the ground around them, "What's wrong with Knox And Soda?"
"Oh don't worry about them, they might have a mild or maybe severe case of a sugar induced coma---we should know soon enough!" bottles spoke a million words a minute and continued, " You guys missed the fun!"
"We can see," Ladius stated raising an eyebrow, "What was the occasion?"
"Well...Light orb is being fixed, so Soda and I told our home boy Knox who felt it was only appropriate to celebrate." Bottles said gesturing at the crusader GM passed out on the floor.
"Bottles...there's roached every where," Aria noted bored.
"Go find Lainh, Redstring and Alzena---one of those outdoorsy people should know how to get rid of them," he instructed.
Ladius and Aria went off to search for their team mates, they explained the situation and bought them back to the kitchen. Lainh armed with cans of bug spray lead the war against the roaches. At the end of the debacle Alzena spoke up with a question that no one else had bothered to asked although they were all thinking it, "I get we weren't invited to the party, but how come we didn't hear the mess you guys were making?"
"Oh...we sound proofed the room after the last party we had with the pin the tail on the ratman incident, when Aria accidentally spawned 30 actual ratmen that went wild and woke me up." Bottles shot Aria a pointed glare.
As Aria began to speak a sleepy Sodapoppin began to stir, reaching over to pick a dead roach out of Knox's mohawk he mumbled, "Bye bye bug."
