Input Initializa Fail

hey all
Trying to get a friend of mine onto Fiesta. don worry hes no a spammer (lol).
but everytime he tries to log in he gets the Error message: Input Initialize Fail.

ive gotten him to Reinstal a couple times and ever try to Download from a mirror site.. and still the same issue..

Any Advice or what he should try doing?

Does he has some fancy or unusual input device?
If he does maybe he should try to plug them out, except mouse and keyboard.

Unplug is the word you're looking for.

I'm guessing that Fiesta requires Windows-compliant input devices, so exceptionally fancy equipment probably won't work.

XD all wrong. He is using an invalid file, have him redownload everything and reapply all patches.

i will tell him to try it again .. it will be the 3rd time to redownload and install ..
but you never know .. thanks alot guys/gals..
