well that was on my other computer, it was a little older but it still had windows xp on it. i'm using my laptop now and it works fine on it til yesterday when it installed the patch of xtrap and when I try to log on fiesta, the hourglass symbol appeared and i waited for a long time and eventually my computer froze up.

Let's also not forget that this is still beta. It shouldn't be a big surprise that things are buggy, afterall, this is in the early stages of the implementation phase (closed beta was the first). The only people with a (weak) right to gripe are Cash Shop users. Like AngellicDeity said... those people are paying customers with a right to expect service. Given that we're still in beta, you should implicity understand that things wont be perfect.

Closed Beta testing was the period for this test.

CB1 actually saw explanations and attempts to fix, as GMs were present almost daily. However, with the release of Secret of the Solstice along with Open Beta, the Outspark team will, if it has not already, find it much harder to deal with new issues. Such is inevitable in any MMO.

Customers always reserve the right to complain. Which is why they are also hated by many of those in the service industry.

Technically you cant consider Fiesta still to be OB with release of the cashshop. As for the GMs Steam was a good GM when it came to somethings but he was bad in other areas where it really matters like honestly. Dishonest GMs kill games faster then bugs do to tell the truth. They should have kept Gms Break Guntrix and Dschang on Fiesta since its the one really big game they have.

It maybe true that Outspark has to wait on Onsoft but they could at least make a effort to deal with some of the simpler bugs like quests. It maybe true that BK has been around longer then Outspark Fiesta but the Jp Devs pay attention to what the community wants and take it upon themselves to make the game bearable. Outspark spent a good amount of money securing the contract and translating it for the NA release they could at least look after their investments.

Windows 2003 you have yes? I dunno if you fixed the problem yet, so I was just browsing the forums >__> CSR_Cretz says it's a fix for specifically windows 2003, so try checking the first post. I haven't though, so I dunno what to expect .__.
