yay and boo

first the yay:
i did really well on my object monologue. he loved it .
and then me and my partner got the lines down really well for this skit everyone has to do so he had us do it and worked with us as an example for the class :3.


now the boo:
the yoga stuff we have to do in class is messing with my ankles and wrists >_<. my wrists do get stiff sometimes so that if i move them a certain way they kinda crack and it's kinda uncomfortable and then i end up spending a whole day trying ot crack them (usually just my right though). but for the past couple days my right wrist hasn't only been stiff. it's actually hurt when i moved my arm adn wrist together in certain ways.

also, my ankles have been kinda bad for years. happened because of tae kwon do i think and when i went to get it checked all those years ago they didnt' find anything wrong and said it was just stress and gave me pain pills (which i don't think i took many of). i was younger than 10 then. they still give me problems sometimes but since i started doing this yoga stuff it's really aggravated it >_<

It's because you did the Tai Kwon Do at such a young age it messed up the way your bones were supposed to grow and now from growing incorrectly it hurts

Your wrists are nothing. Something like what you described happened to me. It's probably just because you're exercising them suddenly after quite a few months of relaxation, if that situation holds for you.

i have to bring this up again D:

first again, the yay!:
got an A on my last scene


now the boo :< :
because of pain in three places, all on my left side (wrist, ankle, and back) i decided not to do the yoga friday and monday
but
there's another scene for today. in that scene i fall to the floor from a couch (a pretty low one) and i stay on the floor for a bit. i end up putting a lot of weight on my left wrist (and probably hit it on the floor a couple times). this has of course increased the pain/stiffness.

i like really really really wanted to crack it today but couldnt' of course. but during logic class today i did squeeze it somewhat tightly. this in turn caused me about a minute of pain that reached up my left arm and i wasn't able to move my wrist for a few seconds <_<.

i really don't want to change the scene even though my partner did offer to because of my back but i like this idea more than our other one. it's harder to do and lets us put in more beats.

well im really glad that i didnt stick to that and decided to do football instead pheww
