Quick Question About Skill Empowerment

Ok, I'm just wondering, are skill empowerments erased if you change the level of the skill? For example, if I maxed out the cool down time of Magic Missile when it was level 1, if I raised the level would those cool down empowerment points still have an effect on that skill?

Maybe some of us wish to see what the "Premium User" status is like. I'll admit that I've spammed incessantly recently, and that my spam is unwarranted and unnecessary. I admitted my wrongdoing and acknowledged that I made mistakes.

At any rate, what you are referring to is flooding and gravedigging, and I acknowledge that I did that too. Also, some of those posts fall under the category of pointless and annoying, depending on your perspective.
