Anime vs Realistic

I was just curious as to what you guys on this site prefer, seeing as most of you
seem to play the cutesy cartoon games, and show little interest in others.

i prefer anime games/graphics. realistic ones i like only for the scenery..
with realistic chars its hard to make them adorable/cute xD

With anime games it's pretty hard to make your char badd asss,
they all end up looking like metro-sexual males.

Like Mikey said... anime-based MMOs just can't look as bad ass as realistic. That's why I could never take the Fiesta movie storylines seriously lol.

But I like how anime-based MMO graphics tend to be more vibrant and IMO the costumes can a little more creative. And the fact that its anime-based adds to the imagination.

I'm really picky with realistic. There are some that I like (like Perfect World).

Realistic only if the armour and character's face/body looks good...
A lot of times the scenery/effects etc. look pretty nice (which is a bonus!), but the armour and face is completely screwed over. xD

Otherwise I don't really mind either~

I don't mind either. Although, the games I end up playing the longest are anime-styled. :/

But I would so pick up Lineage 2 again for the hot elven armours. Mmmm yeah.

anime definitely, realistic just eh. Doesn't appeal to me as much in an mmorpg. And like, the scenery is usually all dark and stuff. And in anime it's usually all bright and stuff. And usually in realistic the map is HUGE. Which i do not like at all.

I like either way actually. Anime is cute and colorful, while realistic can be so *o*

So yeah, its mainly on if the anime or realistic graphics are even good, but most importantly its gameplay~
