Oops! Yeah, sorry. I say PM a GM coz it rhymes 
But actually CSRs are there to help players with their technical/account issues and GMs generally handle all in-game issues regarding Fiesta such as harassment and bad game-play (in addition to events).
My bad. I promise to try to do better!
