Just Pick up everything save old & dim dust, make lots of stones like elrue and lixes and put up ur store when you sleep

Save all your summon beast leathers... and make scrolls for yourself.. (can start a new character for ur 3rd alchemy skill)

Go to FoM (or MT if you're high level enough) and farm herbs and mushrooms and wood... for some money without having to kill mobs....

Vend your stones in front of Blacksmith in Elderine.. They tend to sell pretty well there...
