As with any new content. They'll tell us when it arrives. Which is usually after they've added it. xD Though I think it was included in the list of upcoming things... no dates though.

The mini house skill allows you to actually go inside your mushroom. Though you're actually ported to an actual house on a beach with an outdoor pool. Robin gives you a series of quests to collect furniture for your room too.
