How the devil do i get a set

ok so i am lvl 44 archer wanting a silent set. i looked everywhere for one to get myself. So is it dropped by a monster or is it like a reward from a quest. i already have a posion set i bought for 500s. So can someone please help

Well lv45 blues drops from last boss on the tower of izyel.But the only way to get good drops is to use Drop Boost (if u have some..).If u cant find what u r looking for in vendors u could also try the party matching , write that u want to buy a silent armr and maybe some1 will wishper you.Im not sure about prices ..

i gez u can always buy from pipol or shout in eldy thats what i did
