For the water, I dont know, probably something to do with how it looks under a certain light or condition ? Hence how it does it so suddenly. Not sure how it would taste of coffee.
For the nut and bolt, I think it has something to do with his sleeve, he seems to be psuhing something on his sleeve before he unscrews the bottle and then his sleeve (where he was pushing something) is directly underneath the bolt. But for this to be the case then the nut and bolt would have to obviously not be ordinary and be somewhat automated.
As for the card, I cant think of anything other than some way he could have inserted the card in while flinging them across the room :s
