This is the closest Thread i could find for my question.

Sometimes when I go into my inventory I was checking out all my slots when day and found some premium items in my premium items pocket without me purchasing anything nor do I have sparkcash. Does anyone know the reason of this? So far, i received a HP Magic Potion aswell as Red Wine Tuxedo. My friend has recieved some other type of potion that gives strength and other boosts. Can anyone explain why we got different items as well as why this is happening if it's a glitch etc?

Sometimes Outsparks gives away free items as a promotion or a compensation for down time. I have received both items you mentioned. It isnot a glitch and feel free to use them.

Thanks for the info, and I also have one more question. Which is why is it when im doing something and i go through a teleport or get warped somewhere (KQ etc) That it doesn't load and freezes on me. I wait there forever and it won't do anything so i just restart the program.?

Especially when you're being wrap to a KQ, make sure you're not viewing any shops or vending, otherwise you'll be stuck at loading screen guaranteed. (If you get stuck this way, you'll miss your KQ)

Usually that doesn't effect changing maps though.

Thanks for the info, i believe i was viewing a shop while warped to a KQ once and that caused the problem but another time, there was a problem that wasn't mentioned by any of you and that is... I went through a teleport and all these monsters started to aggro me. I tried to go back through but it froze me so I had to restart the program. Did death while using teleport possibly cause this problem?

Sometimes when you try to do too much at once, the game / computer can't handle it and just.. crash randomly.. Happens to me all the time in Spider KQ (when there's like 100 mobs around)

I've had times where I was going through a gate, stunned, died, clicked OK to wrap.. got through the gate with "1 minute to wrap" on my screen.. and I could still walk around.. xD

I think sometimes it depends on how well your computer could handle the game..
