Cant Regiester for Party Match

Ok so when i click on the regiester for the pt matching thing where most people use it as a selling thing i cant seem type anything in. i am posting some of the pictures of the problem this is for all my charas. and can someone help me with the attachment the resize wont work for me so many problems so little time
