YAY I WENT PLAT IV. Ended at PLAT 3 and only dropped to PLAT 4. Last season I went PLAT 1 -> GOLD 1

YES IM GOING TO GET DIAMOND THIS SEASON I JUST KNOW IT.

and I reinstalled but that didn't help. In fact it might have made it worse because i can't even open up the client after my game ended now!

Did you do full clean uninstall, then install?!

Sometimes reinstall doesn't really clean out all the files....

Like uninstall > delete folder > restart computer as a safety measure > install
