Yes, but the US cannot regulate what conditions you apply to a game. That would be censorship and games like Grand Theft Auto (just an example) would not be allowed.

I wonder why they chose to name it "Fiesta" when they localized this game. The choice undoubtedly contributed to the influx of Hispanic players haha

(I'm conversational in Spanish, and this exact point was brought up when I partied with some random Hispanic players once)

It is not taking away anyoneâ€™s "Freedom of Speech". Outspark as a corporation has the right to disallow certain actions and activities in the best interest of their subscribers (or, in this case - players).

And, how can Outspark allow other languages, when they don't have staff that speaks those languages, and at the same time protect those who speak English from racial, slanderous or derogatory comments from non-English players?

It is simply irresponsible on Outspark's part to allow the other languages to be used with out warning or banning (since they can truly moderate their text) and yet at the same time ban accounts for the same thing simply because that person speaks English.

How can the Bright Kingdom sponsors ban English speaking players? It is their right also.

And, letâ€™s not forget - they don't speak English and chances are they aren't citizens of the U.S. and therefore have no right to claim rights from The United States Constitution so "Freedom of Speech" is moot.

there are people in US that are US citizens that don't speak any English, like my parents, they dont speak English, does that mean US get to put them in jail or exile them back to their country? No.
And, Loki, if from your point of view, it's like saying people who just moved to US, who couldn't be a US citizen that fast, have no rights to anything, they can't say their opinion or practice their believes.

Your parents are citizens. Read the red text I highlihted in Loki's post. She is not saying if you don't speak English, you have no US rights.

No, what I'm saying is you quickly claimed their right to the US Constitution and you don't know if they are even US citizens.

I find it HILARIOUS that its unallowed to leave your computer on over-night while vending, but you are allowed to curse someone to-no-tomorrow in another language.

I'm voting no.
As far as i'm aware this is the first perm ban for this offense.
Can't help but feel that Falcomist and Uchiha_Itachi are being made examples of in a hope to scare the rest of the community into obediance. This i don't agree with.
I also disagree with the unbalanced punishments. Neither side is innocent in this and both sides deserve the same punishment in my opinion.
