Well i just got clarification. Outspark doesnt has to block 3 countries, they have to block 29 Countries.
In other words: Every country that is in the EU and Switzerland and Turkey.
And it also decieded that the ip's, of these countries, are gonna be blocked. So we wont be able to play fiesta at outspark anymore.

ps.: Depending on how the ip block is implement it may be possible to play without proxing all the traffic.
