lol, and WoW would've won too because technically it goes against the ToS on almost any game. The Silver Gold or whatever they are selling doesn't belong to them but to outpsark. So by them selling it they can get into lots of trouble.

By default, gold farming and selling is in direct violation of the EULA we all agreed to when registering, but the effort that is required to track down each violator is so great that no sane person is willing to do it.

I actually suggested that once that Outspark or whom ever threaten to sue or to actually sue the websites but someone told me they couldn't which, in my opinion, is utter crap.
