There is not English patch. The file that was given is to allow you to go past the Japanese OS check. If you're computer is in English you weren't able to play the game. The game itself is still in Japanese... and it isn't "hacked" or anything.

The house, I'm not sure about the scenery and what not. There's a quest that takes you back and forth to Uruga and Elderine which allows you to collect some furniture. It's a pain though cause this quest is given at level 10.

With the unlimited cash shop thing... you can save up and buy costumes from as low as 1 gold to 35 gold. Players sell them in shops. These unlimited costumes are given out at events and/or through their special CS feature called the "Treasure Box". It's like a lucky draw... you get items at random and if you get real lucky you get a nice costume or if you're unlucky you may end up with 10 tough meats.

@Blahs: They don't. They have the dances from our recent update... but no Dance 5.
