You can also search your inbox by category.

but i want quick access to it like the red flags!!

see at the bottom right there's a spot just for red flags. I kinda want something like that but for colors, it'd be cool if I can even have like "tabs" or something for that.

You can arrange by category if the e-mail is also flagged.

I actually didn't know this until I went to look at it.
