Yeah random recruiting can be bad!

Although it can be bad, there also are good sides to it. It gives you a more variety of people that you can hang around with, and you can eventually find good people this way. I can imagine many people get to know new people through parties :/ or maybe through KQs...but 3 out of 4 members in my guild are really caring, nice and friendly. Helpful too. so I guess in that way, random recruiting isn't bad.

And by random recruiting, I would mean...shouting if anyone would be interested, and inviting those that are willing to contribute into building the guild.
