The ban was put in place not for the name, but for the avoidance of the punitive measure. That is like getting out of the prison when the GM places you in there, or creating a second account to spam "F*** you GM* after your first one was suspended.
You repeatedly flaunted the rules after action was taken, namely the name change.
That was the reason you were banned.
I do not give the players the option to change their own names if I see an offensive one.

I've got a question for you. Why was I warned by you for joking about being a pedophile when some kid was yelling it out to everyone? I got warned for that but yet I see names like "LoliArcher" or some other name with the word "Loli" in it which i'm pretty sure is short for "Lolicon" which is basically the anime version of child pornography. Do you ever do anything about them? Or do you just enjoy picking on people who actually HAVE a sense of humor?

like i said, i understand that you had a valid reason to ban me, i just feel that reason was kinda cheap.

Also, i think i should let it be known i have no hard feelings over this, i just wanted to tell my story and hoped you would eventually respond to it and i could get some answers (since my first attempt by reaching you on outspark didn't work)

I appreciate you explaining this. It has changed my view of you, although i stick to my Dakkon>Kalaan statement.

yes, he's a mage. i met him in game a few times and kindly told him to delete that char and give me my Fing name back. he refused, oddly enough =/

the mention of the pedo and loli thing is funny, but i really dont want to describe it for fear of implicating a friend.

GMs aren't always on to see what people are saying. A GM might not have been on at that time to see it. But they were around when they saw YOU say something.
I don't see why people bother doing such things, even names. Like no offense to Pedobear, I love the 4chan themed name, but.. I can see him getting in trouble for that in the future if any of the GMs know who Pedobear is. You'd have better luck with C_Mongler. Also.. the name Pedofile, first time I saw that name, I was surprised he made it that far with the name. But I haven't seen that name in awhile.
We should be allowed free expression but I see nothing humorous in pedophilia.

He's squatting the name RunningBear just in case. hopefully if and when the time comes the GM will allow him to choose his new name.

He is a cool guy. He's since quit Fiesta though.

apparently, he's been getting back into fighters and shooters. He always mentioned how he was never much of an RPG guy and he though it was weird that this game ever even caught his attention.
