For the next round:

1. You can make the votes private. This works more in favour of legals.
2. You can let legals vote.

Or my suggestion:

Add the legals vote only if it doesn't change the overall decision of the humans.

What I mean is: Let's suppose the votes were:


Vasu: 4/7

Ralath: 1/7

Dyna: 1/7

Then you can just fit the votes around based on the legals' request, such as adding their vote to my name, because it won't make a difference in the outcome. And you can add up to 2 votes to either Ralath or Dyna, or for anybody else, so that it doesn't change the final decision of the humans.
