QSS is better than cleanse, cuz it removes everything, unlike cleanse. Ignites, supressions, and probably anything, hehe =P People still don't use it, at least not in my ELO.

Yes, but it requires a spell slot...which you could use for something else. Is having a third useful (stronger, in fact) summoner spell worth a little gold?

I cannot stress this enough.

Phys carrys must ALWAYS get a QSS if there's a Mordekaiser on the enemy team! You've lost the second your carry dies and has the ghost on him.
