I would assume yes. The version its based on is gonna be further along then Outspark's fiesta. I know that the xeon server has a higher cap and content that hasn't been released into regular fiesta, though I haven't played Outspark's in a while so I don't know for sure.

I really do wanna try Shine, but on the forums the directions were VERY complicated >_> Ok well not really, just a million easy steps but still... rather had a download/install thing.

99shine has lots of stuff :P
lots of skills, and the cap is 150 i think...
they have the cooking and camping skill but im not really sure if you can use it yet...
leesa... xD its really easy~ just download the megaupload file and your done. the depositfile link makes it way to complicated :s

I'd rather play the xeon or w/e one, though I havent played in like 5 days. Purely cause pservers with like x500 and x1000 rates, that hand you gear, and change item stats are boring after a week.

The ones I find one are ones that keep you challenged but take away the HOURS N HOURS of grinding.

Money in xeon is a pisss off and a half though, and I wish they would add more cashshop items...

im normally ok with grinding in other games, but i guess its cuz ive never really gotten to high lvls. its with fiesta that even if i grind for 3 hours i feel like it wasnt worth my time cuz i barely got 10% (at high lvls) and honestly i just dont have the time for that ^^;; and for me i think xeno fiesta is what is a good range for me. like...
Fiesta=hard
Xeno=Average
99=Extreme
or atleast thats how i think of it :P
out of all of them i find 99 more fun simply because its so carefree~ though the community is alooooot nicer than fiesta (as in ppl dont just start saying stupid shiz) its hard to find friends :x though if anyone else is planning on playing 99 alot then ill have a buddy to play with xD
