Sounds like Outspark and Gamigo are still talking through the terms... wat they can/cannot transfer, implication of transferring info (privacy issues?), what they will/will not block, leave pre-registered, and ban post registered...?

Too many possibilities... each possibility comes with implications (how it effects the contract, legal issues, relationships between companies and developers... profitability - which leads to players expectation / concerns...)

and just a personal thought.. isnt it a bit weird that Alpha is on Gamigo side, and he's saying that Outspark will do this and that?

there shouldnt be any privacy issues.

There is just the issue, that outpsark doesnt want to help a competioner, who wants to take away a large part of the customer base, to get even more customers.

I don't know how things work with gaming contacts but... I doubt someone "gave" them Fiesta. It's probably that they saw its popularity (even saw that the number of EU population in it) and worked someone out with the developers to license the game over there.

Either way it's really no point in complaining. Though players have some say, in the end it's the companies that decide whether they stay or not.

Yeah, but they already heard the complaints. More isn't going to do much.

Half the "complaints" are fluff too. I'd be pissed if it happened to me but kickin' and screamin' isn't going to get anybody anywhere. :P

Not over the Internet, but if there were an army of Europeans to march up to Outspark HQ, and started to kick and scream there.... Whole different story.
