does that error have something to do with the heropak thing or other files being modified? i know the recommended items modifier has a way to rollback the changes so that you can patch. otherwise it gives that error.

WTFF. Internet explorer keeps on popping up, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. 50+windows. It would have a image of the lol launcher and would keep popping up. I managed to copy and link it it appeared as this

If you look, it says at the bottom "Also known as you launcher has experienced an error".

I never tried those solutions, but I can upload some files for you to replace if you want. Except Sound>FMOD files, that's like 300mb and my upload speed is horrible.

Btw, that's the error I always complained about when I had to reinstall the game. Don't think there's a real fix for it. And it's working, I'm on it now.

In some cases a reinstall (on the same drive) does not solve the issue. However, if you replace the damaged file with the updated version it will solve the issue about 99% of the time. Other sources are write protected files or needing Administrator permissions (mostly on Vista and Windows 7 systems). A reinstall on a different drive or partition should also solve the problem.

I uploaded the bolded bits because HeroPak and FMOD files are really large (222/300MB). Try those and see if they fix your problem first...

Hm..so I tried to uninstall the game and there were two files I couldn't uninstall. So I chosed "ignore" and after it uninstalled I was going to delete the "Riot Games" folder but that file came up again and I can't delete it. It's that one file you quoted.

try restarting in safe mode and delete it.
