If you have a Trinity Force and then bought a Sheen, would you have a +250% damage on-hit?

Was wondering why that wasn't exploited (if it worked), other than the fact that it's expensive =(


But wow, imagine a farmed Siphoning Strike or Devastating Blow with Sheen+Trin Force+Lich Bane.
