The cap was accidentally raised? When?
If you mean back in September/October for removal of the 59 cap, that was on purpose. |

I was speaking to Cirno about this after it happened. The patch was an accident because 2-3 days after it was there it was set back to 59. I remember DemonEyeKyo throwing a tantrum because he didn't manage to hit 60 before the cap was set back to 59 and the people were deleveled.
Cirno and the other people who made 60 were awarded with Costumes as compensation for getting deleveled |
