Moronic Behaviors Toward GM

She didn't jail them? ...why?

This is the first exhibit of Epith-like behavior I've ever seen from Apoline. Pretty amazing. You must be pretty drugged out to think you can take on a GM (or cause them problems) in an MMO. Kind of at a loss of words...

I like Silky though. Hopefully those idiots won't lead to her taking an early retirement...

Does anyone from Apoline by chance know Jo******5 ? He was shot down by Silky today and I think he totally deserved it x).

I don't know him because I think he's always been higher levelled than me. But I've seen him before.

And by the way that Silky responded to him, I thought she was going to jail him. And then she never did... .___.

And Hessah, you though Apoline had the best community? Well, it did, till it went to the top of the list for a brief period of time before Epith. Any server that goes to the top of the list has these things happen to it:

1. It's economy is ruined. Prices go up crazily.
2. A large influx of n00bs (note that I say n00bs not newbs, it's only natural that a new player picks the first server on the list). Unfortunately, 85% of newbs are n00bs.

GM should have a "Silence Skill" that lets them silence the spammers. Not only render them unable to chat, shout or whisper, but also floats a 3-minute 1st warning tag over their head stating "3-Min Warning".

A second hit with that skill within 15 minutes of the first should automatically bump it to a "5-Minute Warning" tag over their head and if they get hit a third time within 15 minutes of the second warning they automatically go to jail for 1 hour.

Wouldn't take too long for people to learn to shut-up.

I think one thing that gets lost in translation so to speak, is that alot of the players who do stuff like this are very young age wise. I'm in the older group of players and have been playing video games since the invention. I notice that most of the players I have been around that do alot of really dumb things like shouting (all caps) or obscenities spelled out in a way the we can read them are 15 and under. I think we tend to forget about that and don't associate behavior with age. The older players most of whom post in forums and keep up with current events are not quite as Immature.

I would hope the GM's don't lose track of this. It's really not the young ones fault it's just the way the majority of them are now a days. "/

As for the older ones acting like idiots, Some people just can't be helped. lol

As for silky being afk, she was probably using a terminal to spawn those annoying trees! lol or whispering and/or blocking. I can imagine she does quite a bit more than just roam around and chat.
