I just allowed popups in my settings.

ok, now i see what happened. for some reason it screwed up and started reloading that page again and again. it was supposed to (and did at first) show a popup then 5 seconds later you're redirected to the page the popped up plus another pop up. it did do that at first but for some reason it started screwing up o_o

Dude you better not have the popup loop set to indefinite, cause people will kill you.

no, there were only supposed to be two popus in total. one when the page first loaded, the otehr when it redirected to the site itself. in total 3 rick rolls. but something got screwed up and instead it just had one popup and the page itself just kept refreshing so the popup would keep showing up. it worked just fine before i put the actual link in there. must be something on that page.

whoever it was, it was the right one that i posted both times. just after i posted it the first time i decided to add the april fools message. then i removed it again because the script screwed up and anyone who didn't have their popup blocker on would've been totally screwed
