No, that's Heaven or Hell, monsters and you die in 1 hit.

Dante Must Die is basically fighting super monsters, extreme health and 1 hit does tons of damage to you.

In 4 though there is Hell or Hell mode, where you die in 1 hit but monsters do not.

Well no but after Normal, I would say it's difficult for those non-hardcore types.
