How is drinking warm water better for your body? I'm genuinely curious. Do you have some sort of citation?

Warm/hot water is better for you because it helps food stay longer in your stomach, so you can get the most nutrients out of the food you ate. However, cold water acts a stimulant to your stomach, causing food to exit about 5 times faster, which leads to excessive weight due to small amount of nutrients absorbed originally, therefore requiring you to eat more food in order to supply with sufficient amount of daily nutrient intake.

This is how all those fast food restaurants became billionaires: they almost never serve any hot beverages, only iced drinks with the fast food, which leads customers to quickly become hungry again.

Cold. Today made me happy. It was rainy, cold, then around noon it became a bit overcast, with blue sky, but still cool.

I don't think I ever drank hot water... Not sure if I even drank warm water (unless it's a bottle that's been left in the sun too long or something...).

But I voted based on how I like my tea, which is anything is fine with me. Just depends on what I'm eating and the weather.
