When you are an FS you usually have a grinding partner. Mine was a BP. We leveled at umm 102 mobs. Forgot the names. But umm, he would change the party so he would get better exp. Err, level party was plvl'ing and contribution was for umm I dunno really. That was a while ago.. xD I still got better exp than my partner.

Umm, in contrib party you want the party full because you get bonus exp or whatever. But you need at least one member of the party near you. So, you had an FS o: Usually the person fighting doesn't want all the members of the party in the same area because it kills their FS's exp and if the FS isn't happy, nobody is xD

Kills the FS's exp because the FS does not fight o: So everyone in the area is taking the exp while the FS is the one giving buffs and healing but getting shit exp.
