That's 90. Currently the highest leveled stuff GMs can get is 90.
Edit: @Bela: These are all from the kFiesta files, so I doubt most (if any) of Outspark knows about them.

Sorry to disagree, but it's the Titanic Sword (lv90 2h). It's been in the wiki for a long time. Purchasable in Uruga in at least three versions of Fiesta.
The lv80 one is blue, and is called Giant Sword.
