Yeah, it's like an ICBM now. Stress on the Inter-Continental.

I guess they want to make him stronger by making it so that he never has to enter close-combat range at all.

omgg, he's going to be waaaaay to strong now. They should've reduced his ap ratios because they are the best in the game. His ulti is over 1:1 ap ratio. I think it's like 1:1.5 or around there. -sigh-. I'm going to abuse him to raise my ELO. If I don't get him, hopefully veigar can counter him.

I also dislike root changes, makes champs like morg stronger.
