You need 10 ID numbers to use it, and you can never guess it o.o..It like impossible to guess anyone's ID numbers. And most likely, it can only be used by Taiwan ID numbers. I played so many TW games :P, I should know

hong kong, hong kong..I think you can, but in many TW games I play, they dont have Hong Kong server, you'll have to check for Hong Kong server , if they do have it, then you can register and play.

I like the female hair and the jacket. It would be cool if we could register in-game for certain traditions and then have access to those items through CS.
